  • Free Ground Shipping
    Selected products displaying this logo are eligible for a promotional free ground shipping upgrade regardless of the dollar amount of your order. This offer is available for a limited time.

  • "Free shipping" on all orders over $75 shipped to contiguous US addresses only. These orders will be shipped Ground via Fed-Ex or UPS. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded from "free shipping".

  • Flat $8.99 shipping for orders that do not display the Free Ground Shipping logo and do not meet the $75 minimum as noted above.

  • The free shipping promotion above cannot be combined with ineligible products (products not displaying the Free Shipping logo). If your order contains ineligible items, you will be charged shipping fees for those items unless the total of the order meets or exceeds $75.

  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.

AJUSA.com Shipping Procedures
  • Orders placed with AJUSA.com by 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time are generally processed and shipped the same day for "in stock" items. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note, items shipped directly from the manufacturer or "drop shipped", may not ship the same day as ordered.

  • Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. Due to the rise in credit card fraud and identity theft, for your security and protection we verify all billing and shipping addresses through our credit card processing company prior to shipping your order. To avoid shipping delays, please ensure your ship to address, if different from your billing address, is on file with your credit card company. This can be done easily by contacting your credit card company directly and requesting they add the alternate ship to address to your account. You will be contacted via email if your shipping address is not verifiable however this may cause unnecessary delays in your shipment.

  • Custom made products require manufacturing time. We do our absolute best to keep you properly informed based upon the manufacturer's given time frame. We will notify you by telephone and email of any sudden delays or backorders. When placing an order please verify the accuracy of both your phone number and email address.

  • Once your order has shipped, AJUSA.com will email you a tracking number from either Fed-Ex or UPS to keep you informed as to the estimated delivery date of your order. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for transit time depending on your distance from the shipping origin.

  • We use only Fed-Ex and UPS as our shipping methods. Some items shipped directly from the manufacturer may be shipped with DHL.

  • Fed-Ex and UPS will not deliver to Military APO/FPO boxes or a PO Box. If the billing address for your credit card is a PO Box, please provide an alternative Ship-To address when placing your order.

  • For your protection orders $400 or more require signature upon delivery.

  • 95% of the products we sell have "Free Shipping", however most of our stores have a minimum-qualifying amount that would incur a "Flat Shipping Fee" if not met. Please check the individual product stores for details (IE: K&N, Edelbrock, Covercraft, etc.).

  • Expedited shipping is available for all products (excluding hazardous items). Please contact us to get an exact expedited shipping quote. Expedited Shipping is not available as "Free Shipping".

  • All orders are shipped with appropriate insurance. If your order is received with freight damage, we must be notified within 48 hours. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at (800) 877-1911 and have your Order ID number ready. Save the box, all packaging materials and damaged product just as it was received. The shipping carrier will go to the place of delivery to inspect and retrieve the damaged package.

  • If you return any items from an order that received FREE shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.

Order Cancellation
  • Please call our Customer Service department at (800) 877-1911 to cancel your order. Please note we do not accept cancellations through email, fax, or voicemail message.

  • Our Customer Service Representative will verify that your order has not shipped. Once an order has been shipped either from our warehouse or from the manufacturer it may not be cancelled. Cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped fall under the Return Guidelines.

  • Cancellations may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee (if we are unable to cancel with the manufacturer)

  • Once we've verified that your order hasn't shipped, we will issue you a full credit.
