AutoMeter Air Fuel Gauge Promo

In order to receive a rebate, the consumer must:

1. Purchase an eligible product listed below.
   • $20.00 - 2675, 3375, 3675, 4375, 4775, 4975, 5775, 6175, 7175, 7375, 7575
   • $40.00 - 3379, 4379, 5779
   • $60.00 - 3378, 3878, 4378, 5578, 5678, 5778, 5978, 6178, 6478, 7178, 7378
     
     
2. Complete the entire rebate request form.
   
   
3. Include the original sales receipt showing: retailer name, date of purchase, Air/Fuel Ratio part numbers purchased, and price paid.
   
   
4. Include the original UPC (bar code) and part number label from the Air/Fuel Ratio purchased.
   
   
5. Mail the completed rebate form with sales receipt and part number/UPC label to:

All rebate requests must be post marked by December 31, 2010 in order to qualify. No used, second hand, or reconditioned gauges qualify for this rebate. This rebate is limited to consumers. No dealer or distributor purchases qualify. Limit one rebate request per household. All material becomes the property of Auto Meter Products, Inc.
