If you should need to return an item, AJUSA.com wants to make it a hassle-free experience.
*If your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery, AJUSA.com must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. If we are not contacted within 48 hours and the product has been installed the return will be denied.

Please note our important guidelines below:
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
All returns require a Return Authorization number and are subject to inspection.
A copy of your original purchase receipt or packing slip must be included with the return.
The returned item, its packaging, and instructions MUST be received in re-sellable condition.
Re-sellable condition means that the item needs to be returned in its original condition with no scratches, tears, marks, or blemishes.
We will not accept a return of any items that have been installed, altered or modified in any way.
Any denied returns/refunds will be subject to additional fees if returned to the customer.
Acceptance of the return in re-sellable condition is at the sole discretion of AJUSA.com and/or Manufacturer.
Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price. Vogtland returns are subject to a $75 return fee.
(CoverCraft, LeBra, DashMat, and Colgan products will also be charged a $3.50 service fee per order.
All outbound shipping costs paid by AJUSA.com are deducted from the refund.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
AJUSA or its manufacturers will not refund any labor or installations charges.
Any damage incurred during installation or improper use of the product will void any warranty or eligibility to be returned.

*Refunds are processed within 7-10 business of AJUSA.com receiving the return.
*Refunds are issued to the original payment method at the time the purchase was made.
*AJUSA.com may request images to show any damages, incorrect items received before authorizing a return.
