The process starts with 5160H chromium alloy material, an advanced method of shot peening and a presetting process. This takes any fatigue or stress off the spring and eliminates sagging. Softride(R) Technology leaf springs have tapered leafs to distribute loads more evenly and to create more flex at the leaf ends. Teflon(R) wear pads between leafs and bolt style spring clips prevent binding and eliminate friction. A high-quality leaf spring and 2 inch block lifts the rear to a more level stance. Shocks are a key link in-between the chassis and your suspension. Front and rear damper capacity enhanced with ADX M2.0 Adventure Series Aluminum Monotube Shocks.
